Matkakuume on ollut taas pidemmän aikaa valloillaan. Viime vuonna matkailut jäivät kokonaan väliin, en päässyt edes kauan haluamilleni joulumarkkinoille Eurooppaan, vaikka sitä jo viime kesänä jo pohdittiinkin.
Ennen joulua palaveroitiin ystävän kanssa, että johonkin on päästävä, joten reilun viikon päästä on lähtö ihanaan ja tuttuun Lontooseen. Viime Lontoon reissusta on vierähtänyt jo viisi vuotta, apua miten aika menee niin nopeasti.
My traveling fever is on a loose. Last year I didn't travel anywhere, I even missed those Christmas markets, where I have wanted to go now for a while, we even had a plan to go there last summer, but it didn't happen.
Before Christmas me and my friend had a chat that we need to travel somewhere, and next week we are going to fabulous and familiar, London. I can't believe it's been five years now, when I was last time in London. Time goes past so fast.
Kaikki isommat nähtävyydet on jo tullut nähtyä Lontoossa, joten tällä kertaa voi ihan vain fiilistellä kaupunkia. Muutamat paikat on jo valittu missä pitää ehdottomasti käydä, loma ei ole mitään ilman museoita, joten Natural history museo löytyy listan ykkös-sijalta, myös Tower of London jäi viime kerralta kiertämättä, joten eiköhän sinnekin ehtisi pistäytyä käymään.
Lontoossa kun käy, on pakko käydä teatterissa. Lontoon teatteri meininki on ihan erilaista, kuin täällä Suomessa ja koska muutenkin teatteri on lähellä sydäntä, on pakko ottaa yksi ilta aimo annos kulttuuria teatterin parissa.
We have basically seen every biggest sight in London, so this time we can just enjoy of the city. We do have few spots, where we must go. First on our list is Natural history museum. A holiday is not a holiday without of any museums. Another place where I want to go is Tower of London, last time when I was there, we didn't go in, we just walked past that.
Theater is something you must go to, when you are in London. The vibe and everything is so different there, than here in Finland. And because I anyway love theater, one culture night is obligatory.
Nyt tarvitsisinkin vinkkejä parhaista kahviloista ja ravintoloista, sillä tällä hetkellä listallamme on vain Starbucks sekä Shake Shack ja Starbucks löytyy jo Suomesta. Joten mistä löytäisimme parhaimmat aamupala tai brunssi paikat, mistä saa maukkaimmat lounaat ja missä on idyllisimmät kahvilat. So where we can find best places to have breakfast or brunches, witch restaurant serves delicious lunches and where we can find an idyllic cafe.
